Cheap coffee isn't good - not for your tongue or for the people in producing nations. We only use high-quality green (unroasted) beans with transparent sourcing and pricing information.
Our Process
Sourcing
We exclusively roast coffees imported by Sweet Maria's, a coffee importer built on the principles of direct trade and equity in the global coffee market. Through Sweet Maria's, we explore coffees from Latin America and Africa, paying particular attention to the people and processes behind the beans before we choose our next coffees.
Test roasts and cupping
Chocolatey, fruity, floral, herbal... No two coffees are the same. We test various different roasts for every new bean. Meticulously brewing and tasting the coffees in cupping procedures helps us to identify what flavors we want to bring out or leave behind.
Drops
